Each set is made using an organic cotton yarn that can be hand washed making them sustainable and reusable. Read on for the free pattern and links to all materials used. Seren Hexagon Blanket- Crochet Pattern

A hexagon blanket is a great way to show off an ombre effect yarn. Worked in the round using just 2 stitches throughout, this pattern works up fast and creates a lovely small blanket using just 2x 150g balls of yarn. I used the King Cole Curiosity DK in Mother of Pearl but you could substitute for any dk yarn you like. Using a gradient yarn means so need to change colour so it works up super fast! Finish with optional tassels or pom poms to each of the 6 points to finish. Pattern written in UK terms. Tension not critical but may effect overall size and yarn quantity needed. I worked to 18 tr over 10 rows for 10 cms. Finished blanket measures approx. 38 inches across at the widest point. Crochet Jar Covers-free pattern

I'm really into upcycling at the moment. Every old plant pot and jar has been used in the garden this Summer and I struggle to throw anything away that could be re-used. Read on to find out how to turn an empty jar into a decorative vase with this quick and easy crochet pattern. You will need a clean glass jar, mine has a circumference of 26cm but you could adapt the pattern to suit another size by simply working more increases after row 3. The Madison Shawl -crochet pattern

I'm so happy to be able to share my latest pattern! The Madison Shawl is a design I first started working on last year. I had recently finished designing a scarf for Your Crochet and Knitting magazine using a similar stitch pattern and wanted to see if I could adapt that into a triangular shawl. It took me a few attempts, the first of which I was hooking up on the train to Yarndale back in September, so it feels great to have it finally have it finished and looking just as I hoped! I've recently started working on a 4 ply version with some of the beautiful merino from Irish Artisan Yarns that I picked up that same day. I'm really excited to see how it works up in a lighter weight yarn. The shawl is designed using just under 200g of dk yarn with a 4 mm hook but this could be adapted to suit your choice of yarn. A super chunky version would be lovely and cosy for the Winter! If using 4-ply yarn I’d recommend using a 6mm hook for a lacy lightweight effect, you

Skandi Star Coasters-free crochet pattern

This simple star motif uses cotton dk yarn and basic stitches to create a pretty coaster set. Inspired by the classic granny square and worked in the round; each central star is bordered with treble crochet clusters to create a ‘granny stripe’ effect.  Notes Pattern written in UK terms Tension not critical for this project but should be consistent throughout. Using a 4mm hook each coaster measures approx. 5in/20cms at the widest point. Starting 3 chain counts as 1 treble crochet stitch, keep this starting chain quite loose to make it easier to slip stitch into to join at the end of each round Pattern is worked in the round, do not turn your work at the end of each round Materials Knitcraft It’s Only Natural 100% organic cotton dk 1x 50g Cream 1x 50g Monica-peach 1x 50g Jake-cornflower Abbreviations Tr- treble crochet Ch- chain Dc- double crochet Htr-half treble crochet Sl st- slip stitch St(s)- stitch(es) Ch-sp- chain space Rep- repeat
